Senior Training Specialist

Position Responsibilities    
The Training Specialist will be able to Create & Maintain for HCSO a library of Powerpoint Audio / Visio Training Clips. Research & create concise SOPS, training presentations and how-to procedures. Develop web-based and printable instructional materials. Develop and maintain training plans & repositories. Develop and maintain web pages, as well as organize information for user ease of use, access and understanding and be able to perform peer review of training material.

Tool Skills
  • Expert Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Proficient / familiarity in Visio, Excel, JIRA & Confluence
  • Computer savvy
  • Ability to take screen shots off system user interfaces
Technical Skills:
  • Basic understanding of government classification rules
  • Research technical information
Instructional Design Skills
  • Develop Instructional Aids
  • Illustration Skills
  • Formatting Skills, layout and design
  • Organizing & Consolidating information

Communication Skills
  • Design and write in a clear, concise and complete manner
  • Be Able to Convey Information for appropriate Audience

A minimum of 5 years of electrical engineering or computer science experience that demonstrates a working knowledge of basic electronics, SIGINT systems, and computer systems.

Experience should include designing and developing instructor-led and/or web-based training courses and associated materials, including slides, diagrams, student guides, practical activities, and assessments
A minimum of 4 years of experience as a trainer in the fields of electronic systems operation, electronic equipment maintenance, software maintenance, or SIGINT tools, including conducting operations and engineering-level courses.

Preferred Qualifications    
  • Expert Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Proficient / familiarity in Visio, Excel, JIRA & Confluence
  • Very experienced withcreating, using and editing Templates in the Microsoft Office Tool Suite

Must currently hold a TS/SCI with Polygraph Security Clearance
