The Job: As a Mid-Level System Engineer at INNOPLEX you analyze, develop and facilitate the integration of system requirements, design and technology into ongoing operations.
Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure the delivery of production systems that are compatible with the defined system architecture(s) – Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF), Service-oriented Architecture (SOA), etc
Assist with the development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation of the same to individual hardware, software, facility, and personnel components.
You’ll design new capabilities based on evaluation of all necessary development and operational considerations.
Coordinate the resolution of action items from meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews that require cross-discipline coordination.
Allocate process budgets and error budgets to systems and subsystem components.
What You Need:
You must have a TS/SCI with appropriate polygraph clearance
Seven (7) to fourteen (14) years experience as an System Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Five (5) years of additional system engineering (SE) experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
Conduct quantitative analysis in non-functional system performance areas like reliability, maintainability, vulnerability, survivability, producibility, etc.
Establish and follow a formal procedure for coordinating system integration activities among multiple teams, ensuring complete coverage of all interfaces.
Prepare time-line analysis diagrams illustrating the flow of time-dependent functions.
