Software Engineer 2 (SWE) - REDHAWK Framework

Responsibilities:
This position is to expand and maintain a current capability. The software development team uses an Agile methodology in 3 week sprints to create SDR applications. This project team implements demodulation algorithms from the Demodulation team into the REDHAWK framework for a specific signal type / target. This project is an existing target, based on a current, well understood modulation scheme.
Clearance Required:
Current & active TS/SCI clearance with appropriate polygraph
Qualifications/Experience:
Preferred Experience:
Software defined radio architectures (e.g. SCA, REDHAWK, or GNU), commercial wireless standards, geolocation techniques, software configuration management tools (e.g. GIT), Python, Eclipse IDE, Goggle Protocol Buffer, service oriented architecture and LINUX OS.

- You will work with Demod team to implement C++ and Matlab signal processing algorithms into the REDHAWK framework.
- Software Engineer develops, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, and real-time systems).
Clearance Required:
Current & active TS/SCI clearance with appropriate polygraph
Qualifications/Experience:
- Fourteen (14) years of SWE experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Three (3) year of demonstrated experience using signals analysis tools (e.g. REDHAWK, GNU, XMIDAS, Matlab, Octave, WVT, and DVT)
- Three (3) year of demonstrated experience in SIGINT RF.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
