Job Description:
Located in Belcamp MD, the Software Developer III is responsible for collaborating with management, departments and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications. The Software Developer III designs algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems. The Software Developer III produces efficient and elegant code based on requirements.

Qualifications:
A relevant bachelor’s degree and 9 years of experience is required.
Must have current, active TS/SCI clearance.

- Software Developer III troubleshoots, debugs, maintains, and improves existing software.
- The Software Developer III compiles and assesses user feedback to improve software performance.
- The Software Developer III observes user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products. The Software Developer III develops technical documentation to guide future software development projects. The Software Developer III supervises and mentors’ subordinate projects and staff.
